Podcast: How combining writing for wellbeing and meditation can deepen our understanding of emotional landscapes

The combination of writing for wellbeing with Vedic Meditation is an important part of my own practice. It was also the focus of some of my research into the potential benefits to emotional awareness of combining the two.
